Dans ces moments-l\u00e0, il faut se relever, analyser et ajuster sa prudence.
Dans mon cas, c’est plut\u00f4t, me relever, analyser, ajuster ma prudence et combattre mon cerveau afin de lui rappeler que ce qui arrive une fois ne veux pas dire que \u00e7a arrivera toujours.
La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape est la plus difficile.
